Q: How do I contact you?

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
-A: Processing times range from 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excludes holidays). I do strive to get orders out as quickly as possible! Date ranges are based on the item you are ordering. Therefore a more precise timeframe is provided at the time of order.
Q: What is the process to order?
-A: All requests are sent via email: RichelesCreations@yahoo.com. Once received, you will be contacted in regards to your order. All information will be confirmed in writing prior to starting work. Payment is required upfront as items are custom made.
Q: What are the payment options?
-A: I accept Cash, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and ApplePay. Invoices are sent and due upon receipt for the order to start.
Q: What is your return policy?
-A: All items are FINAL sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged! All items are considered custom items because they are made in accordance to the color and size that you chose during checkout!
Q: How do I know what size to order?
-A: A size chart will be provided when placing your order. I always recommend that customers take their favorite shirt, measure it, and compare the measurements from it to that of the size chart!
Q: When will I receive my order?
-A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information or pickup time & location! The tracking number will allow you to track your package. How long it takes to be delivered will be determined by USPS/UPS and their processing times.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
-A: Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package so that we may send out a replacement order as quickly as possible! Photos of the damage are required in order to determine if the damage of the item. If the damage was due to postal, a claim will be filed to have item replaced. Reimbursement will only be done if the item is returned and the damage was not at fault of maker.
Q: What if I cannot find my package although it has been marked as delivered?
-A: please contact the USPS postal service or UPS to find out the coordinates of the package. If you are unable to find out any information after contacting them, please reach out & I will do my best to assist you. All packages shipped priority include insurance, if it is shipped First Class there will not be insurance included on your package.
Q: If I place multiple orders, will you ship them together?
-A: Orders are processed according to when they are purchased to keep the processing times accurate. I cannot combine orders & you will have to pay multiple shipping costs.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
-A: I will make a change to your order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, IF materials for your order have not been purchased. As always please make sure you are purchasing everything correctly because you not be able to edit your order.
